"The Way of the Sadhu"

Padam Silth Asana (or Do Padmasana) (Lotus Head Asana in Sanskrit)

This headstand in the lotus position brings all the blood back to the head. It improves the blood circulation and is good for the eyes, mouth, ears and neck. It also allows for more concentrated meditation.
