Eka Pada Dendeman Scand Asana (or Eka Pada Sirsana)
This asana is a prayer to the sun. It also helps in curing 84 known types of arthritis. It strengthens the legs and straightens the backbone.
The greatest difficulty is to stand on one leg (from a sitting position) while the other leg remains propped behind the head putting pressure on the neck. It requires tremendous balance and leg power.
