Dwi Padh Dendeman Scanda Asana (or Dwi Pada Sirsana)
This is the most difficult asana and therefore preferred as a way to show homage to god. It requires tremendous flexibility and balance.
The lungs and abdominal muscles are fully contracted and the spine is stretched forward. Supposedly the abdominal organs benefit from this posture.
